When you are interested in a property, I conduct a comparative market analysis after viewing it, as though I were preparing to list it for sale myself. I examine comparable properties that have sold, their time on the market, the differences between asking and selling prices, and the current competition. The goal is to determine a realistic value and develop an offer strategy based on facts, rather than emotion alone.

By Your Side Until the Signing at the Notary’s Office
An accepted offer to purchase does not mark the end of my work. I am present during the inspection, can suggest several inspectors to ensure you remain free to choose, and coordinate follow-ups related to financing and other conditions with the professionals you select. I place great importance on deadlines, communication, and finding solutions. I also make it a priority to be present at the notary’s office to support you through to the completion of the transaction.
